Filing a DMCA Notice
To submit a valid DMCA takedown request, your notice must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The URL or specific location of the allegedly infringing material on our site.
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. We will forward it to the original complainant and restore the content within 10-14 business days unless they seek a court order.
